Requires the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) board to notify members via registered mail when no reimbursement request for income-adjusted Medicare Part B premiums is received.

Notification must include instructions for members to submit reimbursement requests for income-adjusted Medicare Part B premiums.

Applies to retired employees, their spouses, and surviving spouses of deceased retirees who are eligible for Medicare Part B reimbursement.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 87A-23 to add notification requirement as a new condition for health benefits plan participation.

Takes effect on January 1, 2050.
