Addresses funding barriers for Native Hawaiians with land leases under the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act by requiring lease documents to comply with federal lending standards.

Adds new statutory language requiring all leases for "available lands" under section 203 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act to conform to securitization requirements of federally insured lending programs such as Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Modernizes lease language to enable Native Hawaiian leaseholders to access federally insured mortgage programs that were previously unavailable due to non-compliant lease documentation.

Takes effect upon approval.
