H.B. 1427 Summary

• Appropriates funding for the Department of Budget and Finance operations for the fiscal biennium July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021

• Establishes two programs within the Department of Budget and Finance: Departmental Administration and Budget Division (BUF101) and Financial Administration (BUF115)

• Authorizes funding from special funds (B) for Departmental Administration and from trust funds (T) for Financial Administration

• Declares that if any portion of the Act is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect and remaining portions of specific appropriations shall be expended to fulfill their objectives

• Takes effect July 1, 2022
