Expands types of employee information that government agencies must disclose to exclusive representatives upon written request, including physical worksite address, organizational structure, worksite telephone number, job title, position number, appointment type, and civil service status.

Removes reference to "statutory" dues deductions while maintaining disclosure requirements for amounts and dates of dues deductions and other authorized voluntary payroll deductions.

Requires government agencies to provide information regarding new hire employees to appropriate exclusive representatives within two payroll periods.

Maintains existing restrictions that exclusive representatives receiving government records are subject to the same disclosure restrictions as the originating agency.

Takes effect on October 1, 2019.
