Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to initiate condemnation proceedings to acquire the Pali Lanes bowling alley property located at 120 Hekili Street, Kailua, Oahu (TMK 420380200000, 72,653 square feet).

Mandates that the acquired property be preserved and operated as a bowling venue by the Division of State Parks.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 to cover appraisal costs, condemnation proceeding expenses, and fair market value acquisition of the property (specific amount left blank in bill text).

Findings note that Pali Lanes has served the community for approximately six decades and currently is owned by ABP Windward, LLC (a branch of Alexander & Baldwin), which plans to redevelop the site.

Takes effect on July 1, 2019.
