Amends Section 514B-123, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to modify standard proxy form requirements for condominium associations.

Removes the option allowing condominium owners to give their proxy to the board as a whole with voting based on director majority preference.

Retains three proxy options: quorum purposes only, to a named individual, or to directors present at the meeting with equal vote sharing among them.

Specifies that proxies with no box checked or multiple boxes checked shall be counted for quorum purposes only.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
