Designates June 21 of each year as "International Yoga Day" in Hawaii to promote the practice of yoga and increase health and well-being of the state's population.

Clarifies that International Yoga Day is not and shall not be construed to be a state holiday.

Adds the new designation to Chapter 8 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Cites the United Nations resolution from December 11, 2014, which proclaimed June 21 as the International Day of Yoga with 175 countries as cosponsors.

Notes that over 36 million people in the United States practice yoga and that Americans spent $16 billion annually on yoga instruction, gear, and accessories.
