Repeals section 6E-34.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes, dissolving the state capitol management committee.

Transfers oversight and management of the state capitol, its grounds, and facilities from the dissolved committee to the department of accounting and general services, governor, senate, or house of representatives as applicable.

Preserves all existing policies and procedures established by the state capitol management committee, which remain in full force and effect until amended or repealed by appropriate authorities.

Takes effect upon approval.
