Extends the sunset date of the cesspool conversion working group from January 14, 2021 to January 14, 2023.

Delays interim reporting deadline from December 31, 2019 to twenty days prior to the 2021 and 2022 regular legislative sessions.

Postpones final report deadline from twenty days prior to the 2021 session to sixty days prior to the 2023 regular legislative session.

Extends the University of Hawaii Water Resources Research Center and Department of Health reporting deadline from October 1, 2019 to twenty days prior to the 2022 regular legislative session.

Extends the lapse date for appropriated funds for the statewide sewage contamination study and cesspool conversion plan research from the end of fiscal year to June 30, 2021.
