Changes the department's authority from "may" to "shall" use wildlife revolving fund moneys for importation and management of game, introduced game species, or wildlife in the State.

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to consult with the Game Management Advisory Commission prior to authorizing or expending funds from the wildlife revolving fund, with notice required for federal matching fund decisions.

Adds a requirement that wildlife revolving fund expenditures benefit the department's mission to preserve, protect, and promote public hunting.

Defines "consulting with the game management advisory commission" as presenting information to the commission.

Establishes that the department cannot make expenditures from the fund without first consulting with the Game Management Advisory Commission.
