Exempts amounts received by producers of locally grown produce and locally raised livestock food products from the general excise tax when sold to consumers within Hawaii.

Defines "locally grown produce" as agricultural, horticultural, or vegetable products of the soil consumed for human nutrition that are grown and sold within the State.

Defines "locally raised livestock food products" as products consumed for human nutrition consisting of or derived from livestock raised and sold within the State.

Amends section 237-24.3 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to add the new exemption as subsection (12).

Takes effect on January 1, 2150.
