• Establishes a three-year Homeless Employment Grant Program administered by the Department of Human Services to provide temporary work opportunities for homeless individuals in public service.

• Requires coordination with homeless outreach, shelter, and case management services to ensure participants access the State's coordinated entry system and permanent housing resources.

• Department of Human Services must submit a report on program progress, findings, and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2020 regular session convenes.
