Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 201B-7 to add a new responsibility for the Hawaii tourism authority to promote Hawaii as a destination that protects its environment, coral reefs, and marine life conservation districts.

Requires the Hawaii tourism authority to provide guidance on the dangers of sunscreen pollution to coral reefs, specifically products containing oxybenzone and octinoxate, which Hawaii prohibited for sale or distribution starting January 1, 2021.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from general revenues for fiscal year 2019-2020 to fund the Hawaii tourism authority's environmental protection promotion and sunscreen awareness guidance efforts.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
