Office of Planning shall conduct a comprehensive study on the infrastructure of the Banyan Drive area on the Waiakea Peninsula, island of Hawaii

Study shall review current infrastructure condition, items needing repair or improvement, barriers to redevelopment, and recommendations for enhancements

Office of Planning shall submit report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2020 regular session

Act takes effect December 31, 2050
