Requires employers to pay for all medical services related to compensable injuries and employee rehabilitation, but not for unrelated medical services.

Employers must provide notice of denial to health care providers within 60 calendar days of receiving a bill; failure to dispute within this period makes the employer liable for services.

Employers must pay all undisputed charges within 60 calendar days of receipt.

Charges subject to reasonable disagreement are exempt from the 60-day payment requirement if the employer timely provides notice of dispute.

Imposes a 1% monthly penalty on outstanding undisputed balances that remain unpaid more than 60 days after employer receipt.

Effective date: January 1, 2050.
