Requires the Attorney General to condemn eight privately-owned roads on the island of Oahu that are used by the public but lack proper maintenance and repair.

The eight roads to be condemned are: Auld Lane, Iao Lane, Rawlins Lane, Akau Lane, Colburn Street, Kalani Street, Hau Street, and Hart Street, with specific geographic boundaries identified for each.

Condemnation proceedings must be initiated no later than January 1, 2020.

Attorney General must submit status reports to the legislature on the condemnation proceedings no later than twenty days prior to the regular sessions of 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Takes effect upon approval and builds upon authority granted in Act 194, Session Laws of Hawaii 2016, which provided a three-year exemption from road maintenance requirements for condemned properties.
