• Allocates appropriations to collective bargaining statewide (BUF 102) for bargaining unit (9) employees and to the Department of Justice administration (JUD 601) for comparable excluded employees.

• Includes funding for salary increases and cost adjustments for state officers and employees excluded from collective bargaining who belong to same compensation plans as bargaining unit (9) members, per chapter 89C, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

• Appropriates funds to Hawaii Health Systems Corporation for collective bargaining cost items and salary adjustments for bargaining unit (9) employees and excluded counterparts assigned to the corporation.
