Urges the County of Hawaii to authorize short-term vacation rental accommodations on agricultural lands to promote agritourism activities.

Defines agritourism as agricultural tourism businesses operated by farmers and ranchers on their properties that provide visitor education, recreation, and entertainment while promoting farm products and generating additional income.

Notes that agritourism has generated billions of dollars in revenues nationwide annually and can help financially sustain agricultural-zoned communities in economically challenged areas.

Directs that certified copies of this concurrent resolution be transmitted to the Mayor of the County of Hawaii and members of the Hawaii County Council.
