Request the Auditor to conduct a follow-up study to its 2015 examination of departmental engineering sections managing capital improvement projects (Report No. 15-13)

Require examination of various departmental engineering offices to determine whether the Auditor's previous recommendations have been implemented

Auditor must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2020 Regular Session convening
