Request the City and County of Honolulu to extend the no parking restriction on Isenberg Street between South King Street and Young Street from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on work days.

Cite ongoing traffic congestion on the H-1 Freeway and Isenberg Street during peak hours, with traffic remaining congested past 6:30 p.m. on average work days.

Note that parked vehicles on Isenberg Street block traffic lanes and that approximately half of southbound vehicles must wait to turn left onto South King Street to access University area businesses and residences.

Require the City and County of Honolulu to send inspectors to survey traffic conditions at the intersection of South King Street and Isenberg Street between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. across multiple work days.

Direct transmittal of certified copies to the Mayor, Honolulu City Council, and Director of the Department of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
