Requests the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to review and reexamine the findings and recommendations of the Alii Memorial Art Advisory Task Force regarding the Spirit of Liliuokalani statue location.

Directs the State Foundation to submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2020 Regular Session convening with its findings and recommendations.

Requests Foundation recommendations on: preserving the Spirit of Liliuokalani statue at its current location; placing two of four proposed alii monuments at the Ewa and Diamond Head entrances to Hotel Street Mall; and renaming Hotel Street Mall as the Alii Memorial Pedestrian Walkway.

Proposes dedicating the renamed Alii Memorial Pedestrian Walkway as a space for promoting Hawaiian history and culture through monuments, traditional native plants, and interactive displays.
