Requests the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Transportation Services to expand the restricted parking zone program to the Liliha and Puunui areas.

Cites increased vehicle traffic from new residents and homes in Honolulu neighborhoods, with limited on-street parking and prevalent illegal parking as justification for the program.

References successful restricted or preferential parking permit programs in Arlington, Virginia (since 1977) and Los Angeles, California (since 1979), and Hawaii's own Kalihi Wilson Street program (implemented March 2017).

Notes that 98.8 percent of residents surveyed in the Kalihi restricted parking zone program support it and would support making it permanent.
