• Request the Legislative Reference Bureau to study whether recommendations from the 1989 "Condominium Governance – An Examination of Some Issues" report have been implemented, thirty years after publication.

• Direct the study to assess the degree of implementation of the 1989 findings and recommendations, conducted in consultation with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

• Require the study to address what further action may be needed to fulfill unresolved findings and recommendations, and collect comments and concerns from interested parties.

• Request the Real Estate Commission to cooperate with the Legislative Reference Bureau and provide all pertinent records and information for the study.

• Require the Legislative Reference Bureau to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2020 Regular Session convenes.
