Requests formation of a task force to address safety, illegal dumping, and maintenance concerns on North Road in Ewa Beach, which connects the community to schools, parks, and churches.

Task force to include representatives from the Department of Transportation, City and County of Honolulu, Ewa Beach Golf Course, Carmel Partners, Iroquois Point, and Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board.

Department of Transportation directed to organize four task force meetings to coordinate management of the road, which is owned by three separate entities (one private, two public).

Task force required to submit recommendations on safety improvements and unified road management to the Legislature within eight months of resolution adoption.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Director of Transportation, Mayor and Clerk of Honolulu, managers of the golf course and Carmel Partners, Iroquois Point manager, and Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board Chairperson.
