• Requests the probate court increase transparency regarding how members of the Kamehameha Schools Trustee Screening Committee are selected and qualified.

• Asks the probate court to fully comply with the January 6, 2000 court order requiring Trustee Screening Committee members to be familiar with the Trust Estate's history and role in the Hawaiian community and Pauahi's educational legacy.

• Requests that future Trustee Screening Committees be comprised of Kamehameha Schools stakeholders, including native Hawaiian community members, estate beneficiaries, alumni, faculty, staff, and parents.
