Urges the County of Hawaii to authorize short-term vacation rental accommodations on agricultural lands to promote agritourism.

Defines agritourism as a business operated by farmers and ranchers on agricultural sites that provides visitors with entertainment, recreation, and education while promoting farm products and generating additional income.

Notes that agritourism has generated billions of dollars in revenues nationwide over the last decade and can provide financial sustainability for economically challenged agricultural communities.

Directs that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor of the County of Hawaii and members of the Hawaii County Council.
