• The Center has trained more than 1,800 professionals through workshops on collective bargaining and grievance arbitration, and published over 150 statutory guides and bulletins on public sector bargaining laws across all 50 states.

• The Center maintains the most complete collection of arbitration decisions for Hawaii's private and public sector employees and maintains a reputation as an impartial, trusted resource recognized as an active member of the Labor and Employment Relations Association.
