Creates a Digital Gaming Advisory Group to examine, assess, and monitor gambling and predatory practices in digital video games, including "loot boxes" and their potential public health and consumer impacts.

Advisory group to be chaired by the House standing committee chair with jurisdiction over gambling and judiciary, and shall include the Attorney General, Director of Consumer Protection, and Director of Health or their designees, serving without compensation.

Advisory group shall provide education and awareness on evolving predatory practices in digital games and make recommendations to address public health and consumer risks.

Advisory group required to submit reports with findings and recommendations no later than twenty days before each Regular Session convening during its existence.

Advisory group ceases to exist on June 30, 2024, with copies of the resolution transmitted to the Governor, Attorney General, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Department of Health, and Legislative Reference Bureau.
