Request the Comptroller to convene a Healthy Workplace Working Group to review and recommend improvements to state facilities that maximize health and cognitive function of workers.

Working Group shall consist of the Comptroller (as chair), two members appointed by the Speaker of the House, two members appointed by the President of the Senate, and one member appointed by the chair.

Chair shall invite a representative from the United States Green Building Council and a representative from the Honolulu Chapter of the American Institute of Architects to participate; may invite other interested parties.

Working Group members shall serve without compensation.

Working Group shall submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2020.
