Encourages Kamehameha Schools to pursue effective partnerships with community organizations and non-profits to support educational and outreach efforts for Native Hawaiians.

Encourages Kamehameha Schools and the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to partner with each other in any useful format outside of H.R. No. 21 (adopted in 2016).

Encourages Kamehameha Schools to review owned properties outside the urban core that may be useful for development by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands and consider land exchanges to advance their mission.

Recognizes that Native Hawaiians comprise over 30 percent of Hawaii's homeless population, over 15 percent live below the poverty level, and over 27,000 applicants are on the waiting list for Hawaiian homestead leases.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Hawaiian Homes Commission Chair, Office of Hawaiian Affairs CEO, Kamehameha Schools CEO, and Kamehameha Schools Board Chairman.
