Honors and commends the North Shore Community Land Trust for its land conservation efforts on Oahu's North Shore through voluntary land conservation easements.

Recognizes the organization's mission, founded in 1997, to protect natural landscapes, cultural heritage, and rural character from Kahuku Point to Ka'ena.

Acknowledges the Trust's preservation of approximately 1,200 acres at Pupukea Paumalu, 27 acres at Sunset Ranch, approximately 1,000 acres at Turtle Bay, and instrumental role in saving Waimea Valley as a permanent public resource.

Commends the Trust's success in securing funding from private donors and state/federal matching funds to protect valuable land tracts while balancing development and conservation.

Extends recognition for safeguarding wildlife habitats, public recreation areas, farms, and ranches for the benefit of future generations.
