Recognizes the Koolaupoko Hawaiian Civic Club for winning the Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole Outstanding Civic Club of the Year Award at the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs' 59th Annual Convention in November 2018.

Acknowledges the club's establishment in August 1937 and its continued efforts to support Native Hawaiian culture and heritage through educational programs, community outreach, and service projects in the Kaneohe area.

Honors the club's Loo Ohana for receiving the Pualeilani Outstanding Hawaiian Civic Club Ohana Award, recognizing their volunteer efforts, dedication, and community service including coordination of cultural events and participation in neighborhood boards.

Commends the club for exemplifying the ideals of Prince Kuhio Kalanianaole through active involvement in the Hawaiian Civic Club movement, community service, and advocacy on issues affecting Native Hawaiians.
