Encourages the Department of Education and other agency and community stakeholders to continue meeting as a working group to address sexual-violence prevention in Hawaii public schools.

Requests the working group to submit progress reports and policy recommendations to the Legislature and Board of Education at least 20 days before the regular sessions of 2020 and 2021, including any proposed legislation.

Notes that more than half of sexual-assault survivors served at Hawaii's treatment centers experienced abuse before age 18, and Hawaii youth report sexual violence rates equivalent to or higher than mainland counterparts.

References "Erin's Law" prevention programs that have been implemented in 35 other states and Guam, which provide child sexual-abuse prevention education for students, teachers, staff, and parents.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Education and Superintendent of Education.
