Requests the Legislative Reference Bureau, in consultation with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, to study the implementation of recommendations from the 1989 "Condominium Governance – An Examination of Some Issues" report

Study should assess whether and to what degree the 1989 findings and recommendations have been implemented over the past 30 years

Study must address any further action needed to fulfill unresolved findings and recommendations, and include comments and concerns from interested parties

Real Estate Commission is requested to cooperate with the Legislative Reference Bureau and provide relevant records and information

Legislative Reference Bureau must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2020 Regular Session
