Directs the Director of the Office of Planning to establish an Agricultural Housing Task Force to address barriers to constructing on-farm employee housing for agricultural workers.

Task force membership includes the Director of the Office of Planning (chair), Board of Agriculture Chairperson, Department of Health Deputy Director for Environmental Health, Land Use Commission Chairperson, county zoning and planning directors, and four appointees from the Senate President and House Speaker representing agricultural and housing organizations.

Task force objectives include analyzing and streamlining existing laws and regulations for on-farm employee housing, identifying barriers to construction, considering modular housing solutions, and developing a unified master use application process applicable statewide.

Requires three deliverables: preliminary report by 20 days before the 2021 legislative session, draft public guide by 20 days before the 2022 session, and final report with recommendations by 20 days before the 2025 session.

Task force ceases to exist on June 30, 2025, with the Office of Planning providing administrative and clerical support throughout.
