Recognizes and celebrates six Vietnam War veterans for their extraordinary service: Staff Sergeant Leonard "Lenny" Ho, Lieutenant Colonel Daniel L. O'Leary III, Lieutenant Colonel Johnie E. Webb Jr., Lieutenant Colonel Vincent Vernay, Admiral Richard Macke, and General David Bramlett.

Staff Sergeant Ho served three tours of duty with the 1st Marine Division, Alpha Company from 1966 to 1968 and received the Purple Heart after being buried alive by a collapsed bunker.

Lieutenant Colonel O'Leary flew 139 combat missions from Da Nang, Vietnam and Nakhon Phanom, Thailand as a Night Observation Sight Operator on AC 119K gunships, earning the Distinguished Flying Cross and nine Air Medals.

Lieutenant Colonel Webb served as Operations Officer for the 532nd Transportation Company at Long Binh and later commanded the Central Identification Laboratory-Hawaii for eleven years, recovering and identifying Americans lost during the Vietnam War.

Admiral Macke completed over 150 combat missions from the USS Constellation and served as Commander-in-Chief of the United States Pacific Command from 1994 to 1996; General Bramlett is a West Point graduate and retired four-star general who served two combat tours with the 101st Airborne Division.
