Requires all individual and group health insurance policies issued or renewed after December 31, 2019, to provide coverage for hearing aids, including both conventional and bone conduction hearing aids.

Establishes minimum coverage of $1,500 per hearing-impaired ear every thirty-six months, with insurers permitted to offer greater coverage.

Allows policyholders to choose hearing aids priced higher than the benefit amount without financial or contractual penalty to the hearing aid provider.

Applies to all health insurance policies under Chapter 431 (accident and health insurance) and Chapter 432 (hospital and medical service plans), with coverage subject to standard deductibles and copayments consistent with other policy benefits.

Requires insurers to provide written notice of hearing aid coverage to policyholders by December 31, 2019, and takes effect July 1, 2050.
