Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 612-8 to clarify juror transportation reimbursement provisions and updates the section title to reference "transportation costs" instead of "mileage fee" and "bus fare."

Maintains the $30 daily payment for jurors and prospective jurors for each day of actual court attendance.

Expands transportation reimbursement options to include mileage reimbursement at 33 cents per mile, adult bus or rail fare, bicycle rental costs, or taxi/hired car service fares up to $100 per one-way segment with required receipt.

Allows jurors who appear as summoned to receive transportation reimbursement even if subsequently excused or exempted from jury service.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
