Prohibits creation of condominium property regimes on agricultural land parcels of 25 acres or more in counties where one-third or less of county land is classified in the state agricultural land use district.

Prevents existing condominium property regimes on agricultural land greater than 25 acres from being amended to allow single-family dwellings.

Prohibits subdivision of agricultural land parcels of 25 acres or more for the purpose of creating condominium property regimes.

Exempts agricultural parks and non-agricultural park lands projects under chapters 166 and 166E from the condominium property regime prohibitions.

Takes effect on December 31, 2050.
