• Establishes the Asset Management Task Force within the Office of the Governor to address Hawaii's approximately $4.3 billion deferred maintenance backlog across state departments.

• Task force composition includes the governor's administrative director as chairperson, comptroller, director of finance, University of Hawaii president, superintendent of education, and representatives from transportation, courts, legislature, and private sector construction experts.
