Transfer jurisdiction and management of the parking lot surrounding Iolani Palace from the department of accounting and general services to the department of land and natural resources.

Department of land and natural resources assumes all rights, powers, functions, and duties previously held by the department of accounting and general services relating to the parking lot lands.

All appropriations, records, equipment, contracts, and other property held by the department of accounting and general services relating to the parking lot transfer to the department of land and natural resources.

Existing rules, policies, and procedures adopted by the department of accounting and general services remain in effect until amended or repealed by the department of land and natural resources, with references to the former department updated accordingly.

Takes effect upon approval.
