Appropriates $971,154 (FY 2019-2020) and $1,793,201 (FY 2020-2021) in special funds for the same collective bargaining unit (11) cost items.

Appropriates $13,008 (FY 2019-2020) and $26,277 (FY 2020-2021) in general funds for salary increases and cost adjustments for excluded state officers and employees in the same compensation plans as unit (11) members.

Appropriates $48,610 (FY 2019-2020) and $90,227 (FY 2020-2021) in special funds for excluded state officers and employees salary increases and adjustments.

Appropriates $56,110 (FY 2019-2020) and $206,499 (FY 2020-2021) in general funds for Hawaii employer-union health benefits trust fund costs for unit (11) and $2,838 (FY 2019-2020) and $11,087 (FY 2020-2021) for excluded employees' health premium costs.
