• Appropriates $48,045,000 in general obligation bond funds (MOF "C") for capital improvement projects of the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism for fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

• Funds the Hawaii Broadband Initiative statewide project with $7,000,000 for broadband infrastructure development across the state.

• Allocates $40,000,000 for the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation Facility on Oahu and $500,000 for the Entrepreneur's Sandbox at the same facility.

• Appropriates $545,000 for creative lab space equipment at the Foreign Trade Zone and Entrepreneur's Sandbox on Oahu.

• Takes effect on July 1, 2019.
