Initial maximum fee of $12 charged by motor carrier inspection stations for each safety inspection, with the director able to adjust fees through administrative rules once established.

Changes terminology from "decals" to "stickers" for motor carrier vehicle safety inspections and associated penalties.

Effective July 1, 2050; does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that occurred before the effective date.
