Appropriates $147,500 for fiscal year 2019-2020 and $153,000 for fiscal year 2020-2021 to support the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center in administering the Address Confidentiality Program.

Funds allocated for two full-time equivalent (2.0 FTE) positions, operating costs, and equipment to implement Act 115, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018.

Address Confidentiality Program provides survivors of domestic abuse, sexual offenses, or stalking with a substitute address for use in public records instead of their physical address, with mail forwarded to actual address.

Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center lacks sufficient budget to absorb start-up and operational costs of the program without this appropriation.

Funds to be expended by the Department of the Attorney General and effective July 1, 2050.
