Adds a new Part to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 481B regulating event ticket sales practices for places of entertainment.

Prohibits ticket sellers from disclosing ticket purchasing information to third parties without prior written consent from the ticket purchaser.

Prohibits operators, promoters, or ticketing services from printing customer names or personally identifiable information on tickets unless customers can remove, delete, or obscure such information without affecting the ticket's validity.

Applies only to places of entertainment exceeding a specified seating capacity (amount not specified in bill text).

Effective July 1, 2050.
