Designates June 21 of each year as "International Yoga Day" in Hawaii to promote the practice of yoga and increase health and well-being of the state's population.

Explicitly provides that International Yoga Day is not and shall not be construed to be a state holiday.

Adds new section to Chapter 8 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to establish the annual observance.

Notes that over 36 million people in the United States practice yoga, with Americans spending $16 billion annually on yoga instruction, gear, and accessories.

References the United Nations resolution adopted December 11, 2014, proclaiming June 21 as the International Day of Yoga, with 175 countries as cosponsors.
