Funds 1.00 full-time equivalent permanent position for additional staff at Naalehu and Pahala public libraries ($24,474 in FY 2019-2020 and $48,948 in FY 2020-2021)

Provides $17,000 per fiscal year in additional funding for Nanakuli public library operations

Allocates $522,942 per fiscal year for additional security services at public libraries

Appropriates $1,500,000 per fiscal year for unfunded operational expenses including library books and materials, and $240,000 per fiscal year for RFID technology implementation
