Establishes a task force chaired by the director of health comprising the director of health, senate and house committee chairs on health matters, a Hawaii board of nursing representative, and a Hawaii Family Forum representative.

Task force shall review other states authorizing advanced practice registered nurses or similar health care providers to perform medication or aspiration abortions, including patient safeguards.

Task force shall examine patient access to abortion care and services in Hawaii, including number of providers statewide, access by island, geographical challenges, and travel and cost considerations.

Task force shall review costs of unintended teenage pregnancy in the United States and study the Safe Haven Law established by Act 7, Special Session Laws of Hawaii 2007.

Task force shall submit a report to the legislature no later than 20 days prior to the convening of the 2020 regular session with findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation, then terminate on June 30, 2020.
