Department of Land and Natural Resources shall conduct a feasibility and cost study for constructing a new boat ramp in Puna, Hawaii, due to recent lava flows making the existing facility inaccessible.

Department must submit a report of findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2020 regular session convening.

Appropriates funds from general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2019-2020 to conduct the feasibility and cost study (specific dollar amount not filled in).

Act becomes effective on July 1, 2050.
